Brad & Kristi
Bradley and Kristi
Hi! We’re Kristi and Brad. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We are so honored that you are considering us to be the adoptive parents of your child.
We cannot begin to understand the courage, strength, and love it has taken for you to consider this difficult decision.
We want you to know that if we are fortunate enough to be chosen, your child will have a life filled with love, laughter, support, and encouragement; not only from us, but from our exceptional family and friends as well.
We met in 2002 while Brad was performing in his rock band. We immediately became friends and soon afterwards it was apparent that the relationship was so much more. We began spending all of our free time together, but continued to just have fun and not take anything too seriously.
In 2006 we decided to move into a small back house together along with Kristi’s kitty, Gracie. We continued to simply enjoy our time together and in 2009 Brad surprised Kristi by asking for her hand in marriage in front of all of our friends and family.
We were married in 2010 and now live in a 3 bedroom house in Glendora, California. We still live with our kitty, Gracie.

We promise to create a warm, supportive, and happy home. We promise to raise your child with a strong emphasis on education and personal growth. We promise to encourage them to explore their interests, creative pursuits, and their sense of self. We promise that your child will know their adoption story.
We promise to raise them in an environment that is secure, stable, and filled with laughter. We promise to do everything in our power to provide your child with the means to thrive.
But above all else, we promise to love your child unconditionally.
About Kristi in Brad’s Words
Kristi is the most genuine person I know. I have never met someone with such a great heart. Everyone I know agrees that she is one of those people that you just can’t help but like. Her smile lights up a room and I have heard people describe her as adorable and unique.
On the outside she is quiet and reserved. As you get to know her you can see her quick wit come through and eventually you will understand that she is actually a comedian at heart and loves to make people laugh. She is a dedicated, loving wife and has supported me in all of my adventures.
Kristi loves animals and grew up with several dogs, cats, birds, and even iguanas! She has always been so devoted to her pets and, to be honest, spoils the cat a little too much.
She is also a devoted daughter. The relationship she has with her Mother is very close and they talk to each other all the time. Their relationship is the kind of relationship I hope she will have with a child of our own one day.

About Brad in Kristi’s Words
Brad is my best friend, my partner in crime and we are an inseparable team. We always have so much fun with each other.
Brad is outgoing and can make friends anywhere he goes. I enjoy watching him interact with people, friends and family. He always has so much to give and so much to say! He loves to talk, somehow he never runs out of things to say. Brad cares very much for his friends and family and would do anything for them.
Brad is a very passionate person in all he does, everything from family, to music, to work. I noticed very quickly when we first met seeing how passionate he was about music. He is a very talented musician and I have always loved listening to and watching him perform, whether it was for a full club of people or him just singing to me when no one else is around. I am sure he cannot wait to share and teach his love for music with our new addition to the family.
Brad is the sunshine of my life and can always make me laugh and smile. He is such a fun, loving, dedicated and supportive husband. He has filled my heart with so much joy and love. I am thankful for everyday that we share our life together.

We are lucky to have both of our families so close by. Kristi’s mom and stepdad live 2 miles away and cannot wait for their first grandchild. Her sister and brother in-law live 20 minutes away and are very excited to be getting a niece or nephew.
Kristi’s father also lives about an hour away and we feel very fortunate that the grandparents will all be nice and close.
Brads parents are close as well, only 15 minutes away, and are excited to add to their growing group of grandchildren; they have 7!
We can’t wait for a little one to join in the fun with all our nieces and nephews. Brad also has two brothers and one sister, who all live only 15 minutes from us. We love spending time with our family and being so close to them is a blessing.
Most holidays are spent with both families together including the kid’s birthdays, Easter and Thanksgiving. Our Thanksgiving feast is so much fun, bringing both families under one roof to celebrate all that we are thankful for.

Meet Gracie; she is our adorable rescue cat that Kristi got while working at the animal hospital. Gracie is a wonderful addition to our house and brings us joy every day.
She absolutely loves “making kitty biscuits” on Brad’s tummy every night. She is very spoiled and has multiple beds placed strategically by windows throughout the house for prime bird and squirrel watching, and all the sun bathing a kitty could ever want.
Our Home and Community
Our home is located in an established suburban community nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains approximately 30 minutes east of Los Angeles.
All year round you can walk outside and see several of our neighbors walking their dogs or just out with their families. The local park is two blocks from our house and features a playground, basketball court, tennis court, 3 baseball fields, a full skate park and a small amphitheater where the city hosts concerts in the park and Wednesday night summer family movies.
Our home was built in the 1930’s, but received a completed remodel in 2010. The outside features a large wrap-around porch complete with a white banister and rocking chair.
The front yard contains a large tree which provides a great canopy for lounging around on a sunny afternoon. The backyard yard has its very own apricot and orange tree, which we use to make freshly squeezed orange juice on weekend mornings.
Inside the home is decorated with art pieces we have collected from our friends and family along with a few pieces we have picked up during some of our travels.
Known as the “Pride of the Foothills”, Glendora is a diverse city with a consistently high-ranking school district. Residences in Glendora range from early 20th-century bungalows, to modest ranch style homes, to multi-story homes, to grand mansions.
Glendora also features a downtown village which has the feel of a small town atmosphere; lined with its iconic “gum dropped” shaped trees. The Glendora Village also sponsors events throughout the year, including a Halloween Walk, Holiday Stroll, and a Chalk Walk where local artist compete by creating works of art using only chalk down the avenue.
